The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of aamra technologies limited was concluded successfully at the Bashundhara Convention Center-2, Bashundhara, Dhaka, on Sunday, December 18, 2012, amidst huge participation from the shareholders.
Chairman, Mr. Syed Faruque Ahmed and the Managing Director Mr. Syed Farhad Ahmed, of aamra technologies limited were present on the occasion along with the other board members, and senior officials of the company.
The Chairman thanked the shareholders for their trust on the company and briefly talked about growth potential in Bangladesh technology sector while the Managing Director mainly highlighted the operational & financial performance of the company in their respective speeches.
All agendas of the AGM were approved and passed.
